Hi and welcome to Indyeed.com, presented to you by D2C Networks. When you sign up, browse, or use any feature of the Indyeed platform, you’re accepting these terms. We suggest you take a moment to review them carefully—they’re in place to look after you and us.
- Definitions
“Platform” refers to everything on Indyeed.com—features, services, tools, and all of the above.
“User” is anyone who utilizes the platform—D2C founders, suppliers, service providers, or any registered business or individual.
“We,” “us,” or “our” are the people behind this platform: D2C Networks.
- Eligibility
To use our platform, indyeed, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide correct information when you register.
- Ensure you have authorization to act on behalf of your company if you are registering as a business.
- User accounts
- Your account is your responsibility; always maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- If something unusual happens, like unauthorized access or any suspicious activity, let us know as soon as possible.
- We can suspend or remove accounts that violate our rules or harm the platform in any way.
- Platform usage
If you are a D2C founder, you can:
- Post your product or service requirements.
- Compare and see offers.
- Choose with whom to partner.
- Provide reviews and ratings for the vendors after the job is done.
If you’re a supplier or vendor, you can:
- Bid on suitable projects.
- Communicate professionally and clearly.
- Deliver what you agreed to.
- Payments & Fees
- All payments are made on Indyeed and held securely in escrow until the project’s completion.
- We charge a platform transaction fee or commission, depending on the type of service. You will always get to see the price prior to confirming.
- We will not be liable if you move the transaction off the platform.
- Vendor Verification & Disputes
- We do our best to authenticate vendors, but we can’t guarantee performance, service quality or legality.
- If there’s a conflict, we’ll be a neutral third party. We may hold payment back until it’s resolved.
- The judgment of Indyeed’s dispute resolution team on disputes will be final.
- Prohibited Activities
You are NOT allowed to:
- Impersonate another user.
- Post inaccurate or misleading information.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Try to bypass the platform to circumvent fees.
- Intellectual Property
- All of the content on Indyeed—text, design, logos, structure—is the property of Indyeed Networks Pvt. Ltd.
- Don’t replicate or reuse anything without any prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
Indyeed is merely the link—we match D2C brands with suppliers and service providers.
We aren’t liable for:
- The quality, delivery, and performance of services or products
- Any loss or delay through using the platform
- Any indirect or incidental damage
Use the platform at your own risk and discretion.
- Termination
We may suspend or close your account if:
- You violate any of these terms.
- You harm the platform or others
- Required by law/regulatory authorities
You may also permanently delete your account whenever you wish.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our platform evolves. If we do, we’ll update this page.
Continuing to use Indyeed will mean you’re agreeing to the new terms.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
